T-shirt Design Brief

We are looking for a max two color shirt with a front and back design for our CrossFit Gym Members who complete a certain number of meters on a Concept2 BikeErg, SkiErg, and RowErg. We like the saying s"Earned Not Given" or "Comfort is a Slow Death". Definitely include the first one, but we may switch to the second one. We are looking for something clean and modern. I have included a pic of last years shirt (assume a dark or fall color shirt with your design). I have included a couple of logos that you should include/consider in the design.
