Graphic Design Brief

We are wagyu beef cattle producing business. Our registered name and previous logo was Searle Pastoral Co, I will provide an image below. I would like to modernise the logo, something that can incorporate either or both of the trading/business names. I would like to be able to use the logo for merchandise and workwear, and ultimately incorporate for use at least one aspect for a symbol cattle 'brand'.

• Would like to see an 'SPC' incorporated as one element and a bull element but that can be easily separated into separate elements for apparel and invoices etc. Ihave included some mockups I have been playing with below
