Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for an property consulting company that shows strength, dependable, and communicates we know what we are doing. Our company covers projects from retail shopping centre openings to lease reviews for the government so we are not specific in just one area of property. I am a female owner so don't want the logo too masculine - balanced with some elegance though still displaying the sophistication of a consulting company, a logo that would relate to both men and women. Open to different colours though was thinking green and brown but ok to look at other colours.
