Logo Design Brief

I need a company logo made that I can have put on the side of my vehicles and machines. Letterhead and uniform embroidery aswell.

I have a greenstone Maori hook called “Hei Matou” that I wear daily. It’s similar to the hook of Maui.
Possibly could be encorporated into the design but not essential. I have added a photo of the hook but again it’s not essential. MANA EXCAVATIONS is the company name and MANA means strong/hard but is also the last half of my surname.
