T-shirt Design Brief

Looking to create a t shirt for the 138th training troop for the Connecticut State Police.

The photos provided are what our guide on flag looks like, so the design would be similar but not exact to this.

On the front would be "S.P." in a diamond as referenced in the picture

On the back would be a design. Our logo involves a phoenix and our motto is "Rise To Protect"

We would like it on a black t shirt

The colors of the connecticut state police are blue and gold as referenced in one of the photos.

Again i am not looking for the photos to be the exact design
