Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for social media and web posting. The 1930 logo needs to ecompass 1930 with the thyme revolving around horses , ranching, and blue carbon. Like for the zero in 1930 to have a line through it to represent my family brand (bar nothing). will upload a jpeg of the brand.
The 1930 logo will be used as brand for livestock and merchandise. The logo shouldn't be big or large in size. Blue and Black are favorite colors for the logo with some grey.
