T-shirt Design Brief

I would like to see a retro style design for a new summer t shirt drop. I will attach my logo and some design styles I like. I would like the phrase “work on” to be incorporated. I have also been thinking of somehow making the logo look like lightning or have lightning in the design. Just thoughts. Or a knight riding into battle on horseback
