T-shirt Design Brief

we need a tshirt design for an Olympic Weightlifting Camp in Terrebonne Oregon, in the mountains. The design should have a vintage camp feel, or like an old PE shirt, with elements of the pacific northwest and including an olympic weightlifting barbell and/or plates.
I like the attached design as an example. It would need some changes to fit our camp. where it says 'pacific northwest' I would like it to say Catalyst Athletics.
where it says 'climb mountains...' i would like it to say Olympic Weightlifting Camp

Instead of the bears I would like it to be an english lab face. The eagles can stay, instead of the deer, i think a barbell would be good!

I have uploaded a picture of the two labs as a reference for the silhouette of their faces to replace the bears
