Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new company. We are a sports company specializing in sports and hosting sporting events. I would like designers that use colors gold, black, white, grey. I want something that is easily recognizable and has an upscale feel. I want the logo simple so it’s easy to print on shirts, hats, etc. The attached files is.a good starting point but it’s not quite right. I want to clearly see my letters PGS, I like the fact that it would look good on a hat or polo shirt. I want the logo to be bold and active
