T-shirt Design Brief

I would like to design a shirt for my dad's 70th birthday and need the image within a week. I have a black and white image of my dad that I would like to recreate as a typography portrait. Attached is the image of my dad along with examples of what I want it to look like. I attached a list of words to use in the image with important words in bold/italic (big words being important and smaller words can be more filler not as important.) I want to put this on a tshirt, so keeping in mind that I would only like to pay to have 1-3 layers of color if possible. Note the string on his hat does not need to be in the design.
