We have just learned that we cannot use the attached file because it is copyrighted but we want something that is as CLOSE TO IT AS POSSIBLE but also UNIQUE so we can use it as our company logo without any problem. We also want you to please include the product's name in your design, The Survey Cloud. Thanks.

The Survey Cloud is a software product that healthcare facilities use to survey, analyze and report on patient satisfaction/experience. The Survey Cloud is run on a tablet pc and all data is collected in REAL TIME. The Survey Cloud is a cutting edge solution and digitizes the existing, antiquated PAPER survey process that hospitals currently use. The Survey Cloud is also a totally green/environmentally friendly solution. Though The Survey Cloud is currently in use only in the healthcare industry, we DO NOT want our product logo design to reflect only that industry since the software can be customized to handle satisfaction surveys for ANY industry.
