Graphic Design Brief

Project Overview

We are looking for creative designers to develop a modern proposal / estimate template for our vehicle wrap company, Wrap Wizard.

This will be used repeatedly as our standard proposal format when presenting vehicle wrap projects to potential clients.

We are NOT looking for a basic invoice or QuickBooks-style estimate.

This should feel like a professional marketing piece that helps sell the project and impress the client.

What We Want

We want designers to propose new creative layout concepts using our logo and brand as the foundation, but we encourage original design ideas and graphics.

I am including some of logos and images for reference. You can also visit www.thewrapwizard.com to get a feel for our branding. We want you to use this as a baseline...but we are looking for fresh, new takes on our existing brand. Be creative please!

The final design should feel:

• Modern
• Bold
• Professional
• Clean
• Sales-focused

Think agency presentation rather than basic estimate document.

Template Purpose

The template should allow our team to easily customize proposals for each project.

The layout should include space for things like:

• Client logo
• Client company name
• Vehicle wrap mockups or design ideas
• Fleet details (vehicles, locations, logistics)
• Pricing breakdown

This template will be reused over and over, so the design should be structured but flexible.

Typical Proposal Sections

Design should allow space for sections like:

• Cover page
• Project overview
• Why work with Wrap Wizard
• Scope of work
• Vehicle / fleet breakdown
• Pricing / investment
• Next steps

You do not need to fill all content, but the layout should support these elements.

Creative Direction

We want designers to think about how to visually communicate:

• Vehicle branding
• Fleet marketing
• mobile advertising
• professional installation

Graphics, icons, and layout structure are where we are hoping to see creative input.

Important

Please do NOT simply recreate a basic estimate sheet.

We want creative concepts for a proposal layout that feels like a marketing presentation.

Designs that stand out visually while remaining clean and professional will be most successful.

Final Deliverable

A reusable proposal template layout that Wrap Wizard can customize for different clients and projects.

Editable design files preferred.
