Graphic Design Brief

I'm looking to have a phrase "Start Me Up" with the lips and tongue the rolling stones use in place of the letter U for the back of my boat. Letters roughly 4 inches tall and 36 inches wide for the total name. Rolling stones lips to be the same color as the pic and the letter colors to match a color on the boat. In the pic of the back of the boat, this will replace where it says Cigarette.
