Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a creative, modern logo for a woman-owned consulting firm that provides CDL driver training and logistics consulting for public school districts.

The logo should have a cactus or multiple cacti. It would be nice to have a flower on top of one of the cactus for a feminine touch. Im attaching something we generated but the logo does not have to look anything like this. Just use it for inspiration or start completely fresh.

We are based in Arizona and have strong roots here. We want a logo that is easily recognizable and unique and will look good for use in a variety of ways. Help my vision come to life.
