We are launching Lifestyle Homes, a new-to-market modular home line designed specifically for retail and dealer lot model builders in the southeastern United States.

This brand will operate independently with its own landing-page style website and marketing presence.

Lifestyle Homes offers thoughtfully designed, quality-built homes created for everyday living. The collection includes curated floor plans and decor packages that help buyers easily envision how each home fits their lifestyle.

Model names include:
Meadowview
Hearthstone
Landing
Stillwater
Woodland

Each name reflects a setting and a way of living. The brand should feel connected to how people live in their homes — from quiet mornings to active family life — not just the structure itself.
This is an attainable home line, but it should never feel inexpensive or generic. It must communicate value, quality, and intentional craftsmanship.

TARGET AUDIENCE
Primary audience:
Retail and dealer lot model builders who will showcase and sell these homes.

Secondary audience (the end buyer):
• First-time homebuyers
• Young families
• Downsizers
• Practical, value-conscious buyers
• Buyers in select inland Southeastern markets

These buyers want a home that feels welcoming, functional, and easy to personalize — without overwhelming upgrade decisions.

The logo should feel professional enough for dealer partnerships, yet warm and relatable for everyday homebuyers.

TYPOGRAPHY DIRECTION

Creative direction idea (open to designer exploration):
We are interested in the possibility of treating the word “Lifestyle” as one word visually, but using two complementary fonts within it:

• “Life” in a clean sans-serif
• “Style” in a subtle script or expressive font

This would allow the brand to visually reinforce the idea that lifestyle is both practical and personal.

However, we are open to other creative directions that achieve a similar balance of structure and personality.

“Homes” should feel supportive and grounded in the lockup.

VISUAL DIRECTION
Subtle architectural cues are welcome but not required. If included, they should be minimal and refined.

Avoid generic “roof over text” real estate logos.

If a symbol is used, it should feel clean, modern, and scalable — something that works well on signage, dealer lots, print materials, and digital platforms.

COLOR DIRECTION
Open to designer creativity.

We prefer:

• Soft greens
• Earth-inspired tones
• Warm neutrals
• Muted blues
• Sand, clay, sage, olive, or coastal-influenced mid tones

Avoid:

• Bright corporate blues
• Deep navy-heavy palettes
• Anything that feels luxury-coastal
• Harsh, high-contrast color schemes

The palette should feel livable, grounded, and welcoming.
