Full redesign and migration of https://redriverapplianceservice.ca from Divi to Kadence WP (Gutenberg).

Technical requirements:

Performance: Mobile PageSpeed Insights score must be 90+.

Framework: Use Kadence Theme and Kadence Blocks only. No heavy builders or extra plugins.

SEO: 1:1 migration of all existing URL slugs, H1-H3 headers, and meta-data.

Architecture: All styles must be managed via Kadence Customizer (Global Palette and Typography).

New pages and content expansion:
The designer must create new dedicated landing pages for the following services:

Commercial Reach-in Refrigeration: Prep tables and beverage coolers only. No walk-in units.

Commercial Dishwashers: Professional undercounter, hood-type, and conveyor units.

Commercial Laundry: High-capacity professional washers and dryers.

Commercial Electric Ovens: Professional ranges and convection ovens. No gas equipment.

Residential Brands: Individual pages for Sub-Zero, Wolf, Cove, Miele, and Viking.

Homepage structure:
The homepage must feature a dual-entry hero section to clearly separate Residential and Commercial clients.

Maintenance and handover:
The site must be built using professional standards for future maintenance by web developers. Documentation on site architecture is required upon completion.
