Logo Design Brief

Custodex is a B2B SaaS platform for the banking and financial sector. We digitize and automate the management of UCITS (investment fund) files between management companies and custodian banks.
In concrete terms, it is a workflow orchestration platform: documents are entered, pass through multi-level validation circuits, AI extracts rules from PDF prospectuses, and everything is integrated into existing business software via API.
Our clients are major European custodian banks and asset management companies.

What we are looking for
A corporate logo (icon/symbol + logotype) that conveys:

Trust & security (banking sector — we manage regulatory compliance)
Technology & modernity (SaaS platform, AI, API-first)
Flow & orchestration (documents circulating through validation workflows)
Accuracy & structure (we process structured data, 100+ fields per file)

The logo must work on: web application (header, favicon, login page), PowerPoint presentations for sales to key accounts, business cards, and both dark and light backgrounds.

Brand name
CUSTODEX
The name combines “Custodian” (our custodian clients) + “Index/Dex” (data, digital). The logo must use a modern, clean sans-serif font with generous spacing between letters.
To avoid:

Generic shield icons (too commonplace for fintech)
Padlock/lock symbols
Abstract swooshes with no meaning
Overly complex illustrations
3D or glossy effects

It would be good to have these deliverables:
Expected deliverables

Main logo (icon + “CUSTODEX” logotype, horizontal lockup)
Icon only (for favicon, app icon, social media avatar)
Logotype only (for contexts where the icon is already visible)
All versions on dark background (navy #0B1120) and light background (white/off-white)
