We are rebranding Free2Play Academy, a movement-based organization, to transition from a "nonprofit/educational" look to a high-energy, premium athletic brand (comparable to Nike, On, or Gymshark). The goal is to create a visual identity that people—specifically youth, coaches, and athletes—would be proud to wear on performance apparel.
Design Requirements
The "3D" Element: Our core methodology is based on movement in all three planes (The Matrix). We want the logo to incorporate three-dimensional movement or depth without being overly complex. It should feel dynamic and "in motion."
Aesthetic: Clean, bold, and modern. It must look professional on a tech-tee, hoodie, or hat. Avoid "clipart" or "charitable" aesthetics.
Typography: Strong, slanted (italicized), or custom sans-serif fonts that communicate speed and strength.
Color Palette: We want to move away from primary "school" colors. We are looking for high-contrast combinations (e.g., Electric Blue/Black, Charcoal/Volt, or Sleek Monochrome/Silver).
Brand Personality
Old Brand: Educational, philanthropic, stationary.
New Brand: Athletic, inclusive, multi-dimensional, and "street-wear" ready.
Target Audience
Youth athletes, professional movement coaches, and physical therapists. The brand must be "widely accepted"—cool enough for a 10-year-old athlete and professional enough for a pro-team consultant.
