Logo Design Brief

My consulting company is named Radiance Consulting: Bespoke Language and Literacy Solutions. I want the logo to be a drawing of an open book with a sun rising behind it. I may or may not like a person or people, figures with it somehow, too. The text is Radiance Consulting in bigger letters, and "Bespoke Language and Literacy Solutions" in smaller text. I included some screen shots of design ideas I like. I want a minimalist design. Thanks!
