Logo Design Brief

I am taking over a Fusion BJJ group that originally started in Salt Lake City, Utah. Working together with our affiliate we are a Pedro Sauer Academy. We have taken over the group but would like to merge our logo with the original design logo so that we can take the torch and keep it running. Fusion Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Boulder is on a whole new level. We are all about health and longevity. The original design was based on the black belt's love of racing. We love the original design we just want add our design logo to create something clean and crisp. Keep the colors black, red, white or grey. Our gi's (outfits you wear) will be solid black or solid white. Our gym mats will be grey and wall mats will be white. The first image is the SLC logo, the second image is SLC tshirt, and the third is the Boulder logo. I need a patch logo and we can work from there! We are open to new ideas as well!
