Hi everyone. Thanks for your initial designs. Based on those, some general feedback:

- I prefer designs which do not only feature capital letters as they can seem overly aggressive in some designs
- I am looking for something which can be quite simple but which shows some design flair - if it looks like I could do it myself I am unlikely to select it
- I like the idea of designs which infer the idea of something coming next, i.e. then....we will do this
- I am not keen on generic logo devices which don't have any real connection to the business, for example a bar chart or world or a stylised T

I will reject some designs now which don't connect with the brief.

One other general piece of feedback:

- I don't like designs which emphasis a letter from "then", e,g. making the E different or bigger as it will lead to questions about why that letter is different and there is no reason for it to be like that
