T-shirt Design Brief

Looking for a t-shirt design that could also be used as a graphic for a retreat that my non profit puts on every year for families impacted by disability. The theme this year is "The Voyage" and the tag line is "Tales from the Sea" going with a nautical theme but want this to be playful but also have some vibes of old school sailor tattoo.
