Flyer Design Brief

I need a two sided flyer I can leave with staff in car dealerships when I am visiting them on sales calls. the flyer should include website address, email address, phone number and QR code to link to website (not my address). I'll also be looking at having business cards made up in a similar style.
Chat gpt made a flyer I quite like the look of, I'm hoping to create something that is an improvement on this, maybe keeping a similar feel.
my website should give the designer a good feel for what we do and maybe take some ideas as to what should be included from the site. It might be a good idea to use the same images on the flyer as have been used on the website. (overdriveevents.com)
