Graphic Design Brief

I need a 3d render of the front and rear elevation of the lake home in the provided blueprint. There will be 3 feet of brick on the bottom with board and batten on the first story. The chimney will be brick. We want wood shake siding for the 2nd story where designated on the plan. The board and batten and shaker siding will be Sherwin Williams Braintree #: 9595. The trim will be Sherwin Williams Nightwatch #: 9680. The exterior brick will be similar to old Jackson as shown in the attached photos. The roof will be galvalum standing seam metal. The columns for the porch will be 12x12 solid pine similar to the attached photo. House will sit about 400 feet from the water's edge on a slight incline with steps leading down to the water. I have updated the layout which extends the first floor guest bedroom walls and shows how we want to increase the size of the porch on the wall of the house with the bedrooms . Previously the layout showed a small stoop. We want to make that larger to give it more curb appeal. The side of the house with the chimney will face a lake and should have 5 brick steps going down. The opposite side will face the road.
