Hi all that have submitted. I appreciate all of your submissions and want to apologize in advance for not being very clear. I have updated the project description as many people have made submissions without the clear card sample that we had previously. We are keeping that material and will need all submissions to be single-sided on the clear card. Any samples will need to have Dr. Khaled Abouhaif on the sample as well. Additionally! We offer more than just medical chiropractic and physical therapy. We also offer pain management and ortho services as well.

So that green box that says medical pt chiro you can take off and put in blue Atlanta Interventional Pain Management, and we also want a QR code on it as well.

Also mobile is spelled wrong on the design, what format will you be sending the design over for it we have people who need to be issued cards at a later date?
