Logo Design Brief

I need a logo of an image of a dog with a torch in it's mouth, and it's foot on a globe of chaos. The image should be based on the relief sculpture uploaded, but I want it to be simplified - i.e. I would like it to have the medieval quirkiness of the image (e.g. the torch looks peculiar sticking right out of the dog's mouth ) but I would like simplified and clean lines.

The image should be black and white except for the flame. One main difference is that rather than having the dog's foot on the globe of the world, it's foot should be on a circle of chaos - arrows going in all directions (see attached image #2 - the arrows don't need to look exactly like that, but something like it).
