T-shirt Design Brief

We do an annual Christmas t-shirt every year and this year the design I have in mind is a little above what type of illustrating I'm capable of. I would like a shirt that is a wakeboard boat towing a rider that is mid-air doing a grab trick like photos attached. I would like rudolph the red nose reindeer driving the boat and santa claus is the person wakeboaring. also the tow rope line that santa is holding onto should be a string of colorful christmas lights. The backdrop should be a snowy scene with the boat and riders in the foreground on a lake and the background is a mountain that should have ski resort chair lifts going up it. Please make those mountains rounded at the top and not pointed. I would like it to be a fun cartoon style design. The shirt will also have text somewhere that says “BOATS AND HO HO HOS”
