Logo Design Brief
Trying to create a design for my law firm.
I want to incorporate texas/cowboy type themes.
I practice personal injury law and employment law.
The attached was created using Google Gemini.
I am looking to create a new logo for my law firm that reflects who we are and how we practice. I want something that stands out from the typical "lawyer" logos you see everywhere.
Who We Are: I am a trial lawyer based in Texas and Louisiana. Unlike many injury lawyers who just settle cases to turn a profit quickly, my firm actually goes to trial. We handle serious cases—maritime/Jones Act, heavy trucking (18-wheelers), commercial vehicle accidents, and premises liability. We have recovered over $34 million for our clients, often fighting against massive corporations.
The Vibe & Message: My philosophy is simple: People First. I don't care about corporations; I care about the human beings and families I represent. We only fight for those worth fighting for, and we fight for those who cannot fight for themselves.
I need a logo that balances two opposing concepts:
Compassion: It needs to feel safe and human. My clients are often going through the worst tragedies of their lives, and they need to know we care about them.
Aggression/Strength: It needs to show that we are not afraid to fight. We push to win. We are formidable adversaries in the courtroom.
Visual Direction:
Avoid: Please avoid the standard, boring legal clichés like gavels or scales of justice unless they are reimagined in a very unique way.
Style: I’m looking for something bold and active. Think "Active Guardian." It should feel like a shield or a fortress—something impenetrable that protects the client.
Colors: I’d like to see deep, strong colors (like authoritative blues or charcoal) mixed with something warmer (like bronze, gold, or burnt orange) to represent the human element.
The Takeaway: When someone looks at this logo, I want them to think: "This firm cares deeply about people, so they fight fiercely to protect them."
