Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my new mens's health and wellness clinic called GRIT. I would like the logo to have an industrial feel with the word GRIT in the center of a large gear surrounded by 4 smaller gears. It would be cool if the letters in GRIT could be similar to riveted steel or perhaps similar to the iron cattle brand. I would like the main logo to also contain the words Men's Health and Wellness. It would also be nice to get a small icon of the main gear with a simple "G" in the center for use in social media thumbnails and other place too small for main logo.
