Logo Design Brief

I want a logo for my new company called Shift-Up Consultancy. Our consultants mainly work at healthcare ICT projects with a no-bullshit mentality. We help our customers to thrive and shift-up their usage of ict systems.
The design should communicatie knowledge and progression. Although the main focus is healthcare, we sometimes also work for non-healthcare related businesses and government so the logo should not all be about healthcare.
There should be a link with ICT though. The name Shift-Up as being part of a keyboard is selected for a reason.

The uploaded picture is from my other company. I like the design of this. It may relate, but definately share the image.
