Flyer Design Brief

Both can be similar in design and will have different purposes. I need an education based flyer and I need a government based flyer. The focus of the flyer will be software on the front and services on the back.
These all need to be 8.5x 11 in dimension (they can be full bleed). I would like to be able to print these out if needed. The design needs to look good with our website > www.scview.com
