Logo Design Brief

We are former architects turned investors in real estate and other assets, and I want a new fresh conservative logo design. It can also be all text, so you have options. Please stop using houses. The preferred color is dark blue, but I am open to all other options. This just an outline as to not cramp your creative flow, put your best designs forward. So far the designs have been terrible and lack any real design so do better.
