Menu Design Brief

Design fine dinning menu for Indian restaurant. Restaurant location is on river side. So if design has some touch of Yarra river of Melbourne and Indian touch. It is not compulsory. Creative and modern design is required.
I want to print in A3 and folded take away sizes so design should for both.
1. In A3, backside we need to design drink menu. I am attaching our current restaurant menu for drinks name and price.
