Tattoo Design Brief

I’m looking for a tattoo that has a minimal design that fits on the inner forearm. I’m trying to incorporate things from being a sniper in the army. I included 2 examples of a minimal design.

Include the mil reticle top of forearm. It’s the one with the dots. Have VENI - VIDI - VICI running vertical somewhere.. maybe with some cool lines like the discipline image.
