PowerPoint Design Brief

we are a medium scale research group within a University focused on road infrastrucuture - LAPAV (which stands for pavement laboratory) at UFRGS (Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil). We have just created within our group PAMPA (stands for programming and machine learning in pavements) - a specialized sub-group to focus in data science and machine learning in road infrastrucutre. I would like a powerpoint presentation template for the presentations we have; it ought to have LAPAV logo, the new design of PAMPA logo and our University logo (UFRGS). It must have a least a (1) cover template, (2) presentation template with a side bar for presentation evolution highlight, (3) nearly all blank slide template with only few lines and (4) centered standalone title slide (5) closing slide with group address & details and a thank you for your attention message. The key theme must be data science and machine learning focused and road infrastructure as well. I attach the required logos and our current LAPAV template for illustration of the required templates.
