Logo Design Brief

Need a business logo that can be used on signs, t-shirts, letter head, marketing materials, social media posts.

Need a logo that evokes nature (hence Stillwater) and class (upscale investments). The company is based in southwest Ohio and offers rental properties. The company is woman owned. I tend to gravitate toward colors found in nature and shy away from basic tans, beiges, and whites. I appreciate trees and water.
