Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new project I'm working on based in Florida. I'm the author of a light-hearted self-help book called Golden Nuggets and I'm launching a website and a podcast both named Laughing in the Mud, based on my book. I focus on finding laughter and lessons in life's struggles. I would like the design to use a lotus flower growing out of the mud and reaching towards the sunrise. Yellow/Orange coloring would be appropriate.
