Create a strong, modern and memorable logo-emblem for the real estate agency Bonn'Appart Immobilier, which embodies both:
The rebirth (phoenix, flame, renewal)
Parisian and contemporary elegance
A theatrical and protective spirit (like a house crest, noble and timeless)
A warm and welcoming atmosphere (slogan: We feel right at home).
🎨 Expected visual elements
The Phoenix:
The name must be encircled like a coat of arms (wings and flames surrounding the text).
His head protrudes above the circle, to symbolize power and protection.
Contemporary and clean style, not too busy or cartoonish, with fluid and stylized lines.
The flames should suggest rebirth and energy, not a destructive fire.
Colors:
Intense sky blue (like clear, bright, living eyes).
Possibly gradient shades of blue towards a deeper blue, to give dimension.
Plain background (white, cream or very light).
Typography:
Modern, elegant, sans serif or with a light contemporary serif.
Easy to read, impactful, but refined.
Position: in the center of the coat of arms (framed by the phoenix).
