Logo Design Brief

I have a logo and I don't like it. I can't picture what I like and I need some help

It's a construction company mostly doing house builds.

I don't want to give too much in the way of a brief at this stage because I don't know what I want at all yet.

I have another project on this site which is for designing the sign for my vehicles. I had a logo but I don't think I like it
