Logo Design Brief

We're a real estate team/group that sells homes in the Metro MKE area and we're starting with a fresh name and design. We'd like ideas for our new team name: LET'S GO! Realty Group (we're open to the Let's Go being all caps, or not). Our brokerage is Keller Williams (KW) and the KW can be incorporated but doesn't have to be. We're starting fresh and don't have any certain fonts or colors and are open to ideas. I'm open to just large text and a subtle hint of 'houses' or 'real estate' or having a home or key or something real estate related symbol as part of the logo too - totally open to ideas but want SIMPLICITY and easy to read as a primary goal. KW colors are red and white but we do NOT have to follow that and we want our logo to stand out and be noticeable.
