Logo Design Brief

We need a logo with a brand media kit for our startup company. The required deliverables are a logo with variations for various business applications such as business cards, websites, social media, and any other common branding use. A brand-style guide should also be included for the logo(s). The source files and end-use files should be submitted for each variation of the logo.

The business/brand name: Aegerium Technologies
Slogan: "Empowering the Age of Autonomy"
Industry: Drones/UAVs, Robotics, Autonomous Systems

For the icon/brandmark of the logo, I envision a 2D minimalistic "winged" design, such as the US Air Force's logo, but a butt simpler and more geometric with some uniqueness to it.
The font should be professional subtly convey vibes for a tech company but be easily readable to avoid confusion on how our business name is spelled.
The color style should be dark, intended for use with dark backgrounds on websites and business cards, but still versatile to look good on a transparent or light background as well. I don't have any specific dominant color in mind for branding, but a neon-green, yellow, or blue would likely be the best options.
