Invitation Design Brief
We are seeking a clean, professional invitation template for Vivex that aligns with our company branding and colors. The most important requirement is that the design must be created in Canva so that our team can easily edit and reuse it for future events.
The invitation should include the following sections:
Event Blurb: A short paragraph describing the meeting, dinner, or event.
Date & Time: Clearly displayed and easy to read.
Location: With space for venue details.
Closing/Contact Section: A small closing note with instructions on who to reach out to, plus a closing blurb.
Design Requirements:
Must match Vivex company colors
Utitlize both the VIVEX & VIA DISC NP logos (Vivex is main and VIA DISC NP is secondary)
Professional and polished, while still visually engaging.
Sized appropriately for both email and print sharing.
Delivered as a Canva template (so we can edit text, sections, and reuse easily).
I have attached an example of the template we used in the past that we do NOT like the look of - but you can get an idea of the different sections we need on the invite. Please do not try to make the new invites look anything like our old one.
