Flyer Design Brief

I have a piece of graphic work for a 8 ½ inches by 11 inches page poster. I have all the art and need someone to put the graphics together. The design can also be created using Adobe Illustrator.

The background is a light blue color. 8 ½ x 11 inches in size.

Attached is a publisher graphic with a lot of single page illustrations in it. Use the pages of illustrations like clip art and have the illustrations look like they are flowing up from the clip board and are swirling up into the air, covering most of the page. The size of the illustrations would start small size coming up from the clip board but the size of the illustration would gradually get a little larger the higher they float to the top of the page. The art would give the impression that they are floating up into the air, like a little, relaxed "dust twister." The illustrations are all in Publisher format & PNG so they can be adjusted in size. There is a second page on the back of the rough draft illustration, for more illustrations if needed - a total of 22. (These illustrations have been downloaded for your use for this project.)

The picture of me could be made to look like it's more a part of the illustration. It needs to be large enough to be seen but not too big that it distracts from colorful swirling and floating up illustrations. The funnel cloud, made up of pages of illustrations, has a bit of a "s" curve like you see in a classic tornado. The "little twister" has the appearance of spinning but you get a glimpse of the content on some of the illustrations which draws the reader in to see more. The funnel moves across the page from the clipboard on the bottom right side of the page, it flows up with one or two slight curves as it moves up to the left top of the page. The light and airy twister, subtlety shows movement and twisting and fills the page with a lot of color and interesting images and text.

There is a rough draft illustration done in MS Publisher, and when you open the page in Publisher, you can arrange the individual pages that are done in PNG format. All of the 22 pages of illustrations are available individually in Publisher format.

As we said before, the design can also be created using Adobe Illustrator.

Nice to have

• the picture of the fellow with the clipboard needs some meaningful placement or a frame or something. The way it looks, it looks like it was cut and paste - not good. What I would like is for it to look professionally done, classy and is part of telling the story.
