Graphic Design Brief

We are needed to get an artwork developed for a conference booth across 2 background panels. The design we’d like is of the tree from our existing Possibility Lab logo (included). Not wanting a black background.
In addition we’d like the title text

We are also wanting to have the following text in the roots of the tree.

Important – Artwork Requirements
Create 2 conference Digital Print Panels 985mmW x 2347mmH. The conference panels will be put together with a 5mm gap avoid small text in this area.
Print-ready artwork files are to be scaled at correct dimensions.
All artwork must be submitted no larger than 50% scale. Do not supply artwork files over 300MB for large images – Scaling to 50% @ 300 DPI is preferred.
No bleed required for panel prints.
All fonts must be outlined.
Overprint to be turned OFF.
Flatten all transparencies.
Supply as one single layer.
Embed all links.
PDF file submission
Please supply artwork to the exact specifications (dimension, text and images) and high resolution print-ready files.
