Thank you for all the submissions - I do like the shepherd's staff and mountains being implemented into the logo. It hints at our firm leading people to the mountain top. The simpler and more elegant, the better.

The green, tan/brown, and gold is not a must for a color way. I'm open to other color ways. I like the logo to 'pop'
