Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our existing business (rebranding). We are a turf management company, looking after local sports fields, council owned assets (swimming pools, athletics fields), irrigation and turf installs for new homes, we also have a retail store selling equipment and professional quality products for residential and commercial properties. Think of a golf course or football and cricket field with the patterns / stripes in the turf, this is the quality of our fields. Our colours are black and green. We want a logo that is strong and bold. I will attach photos of logos that I like but I am happy to look at all ideas! I like a thick bold font. Instead of an image of grass I like the idea of the three letters "LTM" or even just “L” or “LT” But I am also happy to look at logo images. i.e little pieces of grass etc. We dont use a regular mower in our field of work its cylinder mowers, big golf green mowers etc so the logo can't incorporate regular mowers.
Our business slogan, which won't always be with our logo is "Performance starts from the ground up"
Play around with “LAVISH” being the main word but also “LAVISH TURF”. I’m not sure what I prefer so would like to see both options.
