Tattoo Design Brief

I have an existing tattoo that I want to turn into a sleeve. I want to add elements of Disney in an understated way with the inclusion of flowers. I want the fairy in the sideways position behind my bird like she is bringing it to life but more realistic like the fairy in the green to be consistent with my realism designs. I like the twisted tree bark as well for filler between images but ultimately want flowers in earth tones. Looking for a whole or half sleeve design.
