Logo Design Brief

I would like a logo designed for my sailboat. I would like the design to incorporate 3 mermaids (to represent our 3 adult daughters.) Our sailboat is dark blue so the colors would need to be visible on that background. I am attaching a photo of our sailboat for reference.
