App Design Brief

We’re looking for a highly skilled UX/UI designer to translate our existing website design into an intuitive, beautiful mobile app interface for our Stanford-developed tele-wellness platform. Hoping this designer will stay onboard with us for future work.

Scope of Work:
    •    Review our existing website design (style, colors, typography, components)
    •    Apply the same visual language to our mobile app screens
    •    Ensure consistent, user-friendly experience across the app
    •    Deliver high-fidelity mockups and design assets (preferably in Figma)
    •    Minimal UX rethinking may be needed to optimize for mobile, but the core brand and design system are already established

What We Provide:
    •    Access to the existing website design (including any style guides or component libraries)
    •    Wireframes or a basic functional map of the app screens
    •    Clear guidelines on branding and user flows

Ideal Candidate:
    •    Strong portfolio of mobile app design, especially healthcare/wellness preferred
    •    Proven experience in adapting web designs for mobile apps
    •    Expertise with Figma or comparable tools
    •    Attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency
    •    Ability to deliver quickly while maintaining quality

Deliverables:
    •    Complete set of high-fidelity, mobile-optimized app screens
    •    Organized design file (Figma preferred) ready for developer handoff
    •    Design assets as needed (icons, images, components)

Timeline:
    •    Estimated 1 week for initial delivery, with room for revisions
