Also just want to confirm that the task is to convert the design into a print ready format so you can use it for your print and online uses, is this correct? Lastly if we could not find the exact same font, are we allowed to find the closest alternative? Let me know. Thanks!

I have updated the PDF to a jpeg for viewing.
Yes ultimately I need files I can use within the business for signage and stationary website etc.
A font very similar is fine.
I am also open to any suggestions or improvements to the current design.
